Install in four steps

Run the installer. Windows may ask for administrator permission. ZCut uses it to add a Windows Firewall rule so that intercom and tally can reach your cameras on the local network.
If Windows shows a blue SmartScreen box, choose More info, then Run anyway. This appears for new software that Microsoft has not seen many times yet.
Allow the video engine download. The first time you record or stream, ZCut asks permission to download FFmpeg once, straight from its official release page. It is not bundled in the installer.
Add a slot. Press Add Slot, choose a camera or a video file, and press the number key you gave it.

Have a Premium key? Choose Help, then Activate Premium inside the app. Buy Premium.

System	Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
Processor	4 cores or more recommended. Software streaming at 720p works on a modern 4-core CPU.
Memory	8 GB minimum, 16 GB recommended for several cameras and replay
Graphics	Any GPU works. NVIDIA NVENC, Intel Quick Sync or AMD AMF lower the CPU use of streaming and exports.
Disk	Plenty of free space for recordings. One hour of multi-camera takes can use several GB.
Network	Upload speed above your stream bitrate, with some headroom. Internet is needed to stream and to activate Premium.
