ZCut Studio Plus

Terms of Service

Effective 2 October 2026. These terms are between you and Tapajit Chakraborty, trading as ZCut ("ZCut", "we", "us") and cover the website https://zcutstudioplus.zcut.in, your account, and purchases. Use of the software itself is covered by the Software Licence (EULA).

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, buying Premium or using the Website you agree to these terms, the EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind it.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • One person or business per account. Do not share your sign-in or your registration key outside the computers you are licensed for.

3. Premium, prices and payment

  • Premium is a one-time purchase of a licence for the number of computers ("seats") you pay for. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the checkout page says otherwise. The price for each seat is shown before you pay and is calculated by our server at checkout.
  • We may run launch offers and change prices at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase that is already complete. Seats you add later to an account that was bought during the launch offer are priced from the launch price.
  • Payment is handled by Razorpay. Your order is complete when payment is confirmed and your licence appears in your account.
  • Refunds are covered by the Refund and Delivery Policy.

4. Registration keys and seats

Your account has one registration key. Each computer on which you activate Premium uses one seat. You can deactivate a computer in your account to free its seat and use it on another computer. To prevent misuse we may limit how often seats can be moved, and we may suspend or revoke a licence that is shared, resold, or obtained by fraud, chargeback or a reversed payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; attack, probe or overload the Website or licensing service; try to bypass, forge or share licence keys or activation tokens; use bots to sign up; or use the Website to harm others. What you broadcast, record or stream with the software is your responsibility. Make sure you hold the rights to it and follow the rules of the platforms you stream to.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Website and activation service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Premium works offline once activated, so a short outage does not stop a show that is already running. We may change or remove features of the Website.

7. Intellectual property

The software, Website, name, logo and content belong to Tapajit Chakraborty, trading as ZCut or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you no ownership of them. The ZCut name and logo may not be used without our written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the Website belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation.

8. Disclaimer

The Website and software are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Live production depends on your hardware, network and settings, so please test your setup before an important event.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, recordings, broadcasts, audience or reputation. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website or Premium is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Website at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, with notice where practical. Ending an account that holds a licence ends the licence, except where we end it without cause, in which case we will refund the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes tell account holders. If you keep using the Website after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your City], India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first at support@zcut.in so we can try to resolve the matter.
